Join SM Legal's founding lawyer, Samuel Michaels as he navigates the process of establishing and making changes to an estate. Due to the ongoing pandemic, court procedures have been adjusted to accommodate the current situation. The process for signing wills, power of attorney for property and personal care can be done virtually. These documents are used in order to help guide the estate managers through different situations that arise.
