Many people have experienced discontent at their jobs and wished they could quit. However, most do not understand the legal implications of quitting versus being fired. For example, an employee who quits their job could forego compensation such as severance pay.
On October 28 @ 5:00 PM (EST) join Samuel Michaels (SMLegal) and Heather Hui-Litwin (Litigation Help) as they explain the rights of an employee and how they relate to leaving a position. Afterwards the webcast is open to questions from attendees.
Please email contact@smlegal.ca to confirm attendance or ask questions you would like to have answered in the webcast.
