Do you work on contingency?

No, with your cooperation, we will work together to establish a flat-fee cost scheme that is comfortable for everyone's needs and circumstances.

What is the difference between "court claims" and "Ministry of Labour claims"

A "Ministry of Labour claim" usually refers to a claim under the Employment Standards Act. These claims are only for amounts you are specifically owed under the Act (for example: if you were paid less than minimum wage, you can claim for the difference between what you received and the actual minimum wage at the time you were working). A "court claim" is made in the court system. You are not bound to the minimum amounts listed in the Act but be aware, unlike at the Ministry, if you lose a case in court you may have costs assessed against you.
